Located between a bird’s neck and its chest, this V-shaped bone acts as a spring enabling birds to fly. Bringing back childhood memories, this bone has an amusing tradition: at the end of the meal, two people pull on each side of it which makes it break in two. The person who has the biggest piece will see his wish come true.
